when topolyclinic today. cause my knee hurt yesterday and today. so my mom went to bring me to see the doctor at the polyclinic as it is cheaper there. well you know. cheap... have to wait longer. so sat at the chair for nearly two hours just to wait to see the doctor. in the end the doctor said that i must have strain my knee too much so she excuse me for one week off training. which is until next friday then i can go back for training. and today i was suppose to go so in the end never go. so sad. but no choice have to stay at home to rest. what to do have to follow the doctor's instruction.she gave me this painkiller which is slightly stronger.
